Prenatal Support Services

As Your Doula, I offer you and your partner two options for support: virtual and in-person care throughout the entire pregnancy. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, from the early stages of pregnancy to the final days leading up to birth, with the following services: Birth Plan Briefing ~Creating a birth plan is an important step in preparing for labor, and I’ll guide you through the process. ~Collaborative birth plan creation: We’ll work together to outline your birth preferences, including your choices for pain management, preferred positions during labor, who you want present at birth, and any special considerations for your care. ~Educate on available options: I’ll provide you with information on different birth options—whether you’re planning a natural birth, water birth, or epidural—and ensure you’re informed about medical interventions and pain relief methods.
